Live Technical Support & Engineering Advisory Services
Williams Technologies provides independent HVAC diagnostic and advisory services on a professional consulting basis.
To maintain fairness, scheduling efficiency, and service quality, the following payment policies apply.
- Payment Required Prior to Service:
All live technical support sessions must be paid in advance before scheduling confirmation.
1.Payment secures your appointment slot.
2.Sessions will not begin until payment is received.
3. Payment instructions will be sent after request review. - Minimum Billing:
1. One-hour minimum per live session.
2. Additional time billed in 30-minute increments.
3. Billing begins at scheduled session start time. - Accepted Payment Methods:
1. Electronic payment (invoice link)
2. Credit or debit card (via approved processor)
3. Other digital payment methods as approved
All payments must clear prior to the scheduled session. - Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule with:
Minimum 12-hour notice (business hours)
Failure to provide notice may result in
1. Forfeiture of payment
2. Requirement to rebook and repay
Emergency contractor scheduling may be accommodated based on availability - No Refund Policy: Because live support sessions allocate professional time and scheduling blocks: All payments are non-refundable once session begins. Refunds are not issued for incomplete data or client technical unpreparedness. Williams Technologies commits to providing professional engineering guidance during each scheduled session.
- Holiday & Priority Support:
Holiday and priority support require
1. Advance confirmation
2. Premium hourly rate
3. Full prepayment
Availability is not guaranteed without prior confirmation. - Independent Advisory Nature:
Williams Technologies provides:
1. Diagnostic guidance
2. Engineering interpretation
3. Technical recommendations
We do not perform physical installation or on-site labor unless separately contracted.
Engineering-Level Service Requires Structured Policy. These policies allow us to:
1. Deliver focused technical support
2. Maintain fairness across clients
3. Provide timely professional guidance
